libpano13-dev software package provides panorama tools library development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpano13-dev
libpano13-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpano13-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpano13-dev *
You will get with libpano13-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
